Not much accomplished, got the wall marked up and cut for removal and started removing more of the carpet. Just a gazillion, bazillion staples holding it down. Takes longer to pull them up then it does to brute force the carpet loose.

I am glad I decided before hand to leave the old carpet in the cab area. It is glued down so that even with a hammer and chisel could not lift a corner. Don't know what they used for glue, but I wish it had been used to glue the plywood and the walls together. there would be no separation ever. LOL

Take care all, be safe and have a good time in your GORV.

Geez, they do go crazy with staples every time don't they. We had the tiniest and most numerous staples to contend with when we tore our jacknife sofa apart. Overkill to the hilt!! I bought an upholsterers staple remover which helped some but we still resorted to needle noe and pounding them back in at times.

LOL, you got that right, Marilyn. They do go berserk. I think they get high from the smell of hot air and air tool oil, LOL.

I think you're right. Or they get talking with their workmate and forget what their doing.

Either that or the two of them have a contest to see who can drive the most staples in a 10 sq ft area in 30 seconds LOL.
