That's horrible - sorry about your pet. My brother's trailer went up the same way last year. No detectors went off because of the chimney effect of that fridge compartment. He didn't know it was on fire until he heard the snap crackle and pop.

Only appliance that had gas was fridge! Burn tube cleaned the week before!  No detectors caught it as it was venting outside!  Luckily I heard the popping & crackling!

I go out!  Miss Kitty got out, but lost her to smoke inhalation!  Still in shock!
