Still loving it

Well we are still full-timin. Traded the TT for a class A,sold it,moved to Texas and bought an '81 Executive class A 38 ft Dodge M600 chassis 440-3 motor. Will be here for the forseeable future. Oh yes,we still live in it. Parked at my wife's mothers. Have several projects to work on. Will post pics when I get another harddrive. This one is way too small, only good to surf with. Ed

Full Time

Appears that the wife and I will take the plunge and go full time next week!!!! Will be staying close to Chattanooga for a few months till we can get all our Dr. appointments straightened out. We both have bad ?hearts and COPD. Too much crap with various so-called friends and relatives to stay here. Will not have internet connections at the CG so will not be in touch as often. Will go to libary when able.. Pray for us and keep fingers crossed. Ed

thanks for the welcome! I miss my tent and my tipi alot... but am thinking a camper might be a trade up for a while... less effort to move it from place to place!

Glad to get your friend request. I saw your rig the other day when I first joined. Have a merry Christmas.  When I read your post we have a few things in common. My wife whom just turned 47, has had copd for the last two yrs. I also have A-fib. We are not sure what to do with life, things are pretty bad money wise, but I need to get my rig right so we can do the things we want. Does elevation effect copd? Or is it just my wife? I can also relate to "so called friends", they claim to be your friend then as soon as you turn your back they stab you. So its pretty her and I against this miserable world. Thank you for the invite, and wish you all the very best!

Ed, sounds like you are indeed "home" and with your new project. Sounds likea lot of fun. Hope we see you this spring when we're down Texas way.
Coffee is always on if you get up Tulsa way. We're at the cabin still looking for our little "escape machine". pat, linda & lady dog

Edwin, looks like you made the move to freedom just fine. Is that place where you are at near a big lake? I kind of remember getting lost out that way one time on the way to Fort Worth.

Great news also on your Executive Class A, they're a real classic rig.

Snowing here right now about 6 hours north of Texas; we didn't make it to south texas in time, besides we haven't been able to find a classic rv yet to replace the one we wrecked in Colorado this summer.
Take care and stay warm and Happy New year to you. pat
