- thanks, Henry. The problem I have is the smell of the mice and I am not sure it will disappear over time. In addition, there is virtually no insulation left in the ceiling. What do you think, will the smell disappear over time?

Henry, we'd be honored. That's just the type of advice and experience all of us need.
I sure know I've needed it many times, especially with that old chevy p30 chassis and engine i had in a 90's Southwind.
Broke down so much i began thinkin that rv repair shops were KOA's or something.

- Hi Henry! we just got back to fort myers yesterday after checkin out the Broward county RV parks. Found them much better than we expected. a little pricy at $40 bucks short term.
Noticed that you are a retired RV Service Technician. Would you mind if our rvers e-mailed you once in awhile with their questions?
we really don't have anyone that we know for sure is the real "go to" guy for help.

There is an RV dealer in Alva, Florida at 6345 State Road 80 it's about 10 miles west of the town of LaBelle. They won't rake you over the coals for parts and service. They will drop what they are doing for a vacationing family to do what they can for you. And are glad to share knowledge to the do it your self type, and if your an RV'er that's normal.

Hey, thanks Michael. I really like that pic too. Here's a place we use to hang out in Costa Rica and drink lots of Guaro (rum). We got to watch them haul it in, put it together and turn it into one of the most unique watering holes we've been to....
Just looked at some of your pic's --love this one --saved it to a file and will send to a old friend ,who sent me a series of photos of a old 727 jet converted into a house ---overlooking a beach.
