Glad you figured out about how to add pictures. You have got your hands full that is sure, but if you are the least bit handy, it should be easy. Sorry, I have no experience with the foam panels so cannot offer any assistance there.

I have to do the same thing to the ceiling in our 87 Southwind, the panels are soft, not as far gone as yours are. So I am looking to find help to pull the overhead cabinets down then replace the panels and reinstall the cabinets. Our leak is around the dead AC unit, I think the evaporator pan is rusted out, it is the original AC unit. Anyway it leaks inside and has ruined the 2 panels that surround it.I am hoping the damage is limited to the panels and the underlying structure is still sound. However, I will also be replacing the cross beams on each side of the AC unit with square steel or aluinum tubing to force the roof back into position (get rid of the birdbath effect because of the sagging roof) and to give the new AC unit better support.

Good Luck!

first, how do i post pictures on here? I got the generator running, it is an onan 6.5kw 2 cyl. it will start and run fine for a while but when it gets warmed up it sputters and stalls. Could this be a choke adjustment? the structural wall foam behind the galley is wasted, looks like termites ate it away. can i make replacemant foam panels using spray foam and cutting them to fit and glue back in place?

Ask away if you do not find what you need in the how to section or by doing a search. And please post pics of before, during and after, we all love to follow along on restoration projects or even DIY modifications.
