In the *Lower 48,,, it is NOT required to pull into a weigh station ,,Unless posted, all vehicles, or a notice of vehicles weighing over a certain amount. Most interstate highways don't require RV's to pull off and weigh... Just check the upcoming weigh station signs.

M.K. Wilkie, made an excellent comment,,,, Check Gross Vehicle Weight, GVW, after you have packed up and ready to hit the road,, so you are within the ratings,,, and as time goes on with your travels etc, you will know what you can take and what you cant..Be safe and happy travels.

No weigh station requirements in our State of Michigan. But I'm not familiar with other states. Most likely not. But, after you load it up with everything you think you will carry, it is s good idea to go to a weigh station, or truck stop to make sure you are safely within the limits of your rv's guidelines. You need to consider the weight of any fluids you may have in your tanks as well.
Dry weight vs. GVWR weight.

Nice rig! What year is it? Someone once said everyone can count on averaging about 10-11 miles per gallon no matter how big their rig or what they tow it with. I'm believing it. Of course that would not apply to those humungous type A's.
