Thanks for showing Lakota. Not sure is this dude is speeding either. What I think is, that two requirements should be imposed by federal legislation. 1 New trailer/preowned dealers should be compelled to teach about these issues, like "fish tailing, sway & drifting. And 2 state licensing should also require it if they want safety funding. That persons very lucky. If you are going to go fast, speed limit, then low-profile tires, rims, heavier U-bolts and various air deflectors & skirts added to trailers can clean-up the airflows of the vehicles. I think what happened with this, the bumper tow while passing hit and entered the trucks pushed bulkhead air wall then that happened. It can happen at low speed too. Drive safe Lakota.
