I have '84 Itasca Sunflyer with an aluminum roof. It had been leaking for years when I got it.

The ceiling is pretty much housed and the floor is weak but we still use it.

What I did to stop the leaks was to paint the roof with a kool coat type stuff. I had a lot of pinholes and they filled right in with the rubbery paint. The only spot that still leaked was under the plastic trim panel over the windshield. Water was collecting on the roof there and making its way into the cab.
I made a Yankee gutter out of Peel and stick window flashing and that did it.

Edit: oh yeah. I pressure washed and scrubbed the entire roof before making any repairs. I'm sure that goes without saying but.........

You have 80 big holes in your roof. I'd try window flashing or that expensive rubber tape that everyone raves about. Eternabond right?
I looked at a roll once and then I saw the price!
Anyway, cover the holes with something like that and then seal the whole roof. The kool coat type paints (there are at least 5 different brands) is highly reflective and keeps the living space from becoming a sauna.
I suggest coating the roof again at least. Try RV Parts Country for a better price on that stuff. I coated my roof, which it's rubber, but it solved the issues. They got a lot of other RV parts to choose from as well though.

Thanks
