1988 EMC El Dorado Encore - No trace of it to be found on Google

Hello everyone,

I am brand new here, need some help. I am thinking of buying a 1988 El Dorado but I am unable to find anyone that sells parts, no group, no El dorado forums nothing.

So I am a bit hesitant is in buying something if I can not source parts for it.

I live in Ireland, perhaps my googling does not work as well to reach America as I am sure there must be someone oout there that makes or supply parts for this specific RV...?

Hi, to you in Ireland.

I am going to check a book that I just ordered from the library about RV's from the 1900 to 2005. This might give us some idea what it totally looks like. etc.....Checking back with you later....

ok, looked on line, found NADA information. and Ford made an ELDORADO but yours is a class A. Nice unit from some of the pictures. So, the 350 Eldorado, is a Ford, but yours might be the same. Depending on your parts, you might need to look in the US. under Used RV and parts. Or U Need a part used parts locator. I do see many of theses in country areas still around. And have heard of parts being sold by Scott in Arkansas, on Craigslist.org. hope this gives you some help about parts, other than that there was some for sales on the West coast near Oregon or Washington. for reasonable amounts. I would also look near Alaska for parts.

Thank you for your research and reply Janet. It is much appreciated.
