We've been busy. Will camp tomorrow for the first time!!! Hallelujah! Almost ready to put the cushions n the dinette and load all the stuff from our old trailer back into this one!! We had to sacrifice that cool under sink kitchen drawer. Just couldn't make it work with the deeper sink and plumbing reconfiguration down there. And we had to trim some off of the side and back of the next drawer down. Then the new toilet needed its plumbing to enter in a different place so we had to cut the wall out. Had to reattach the water inlet better.. it was leaking. Figured out the outside shower hose could prevent another drawer in the wardrobe from closing all the way. Fixed that.Installed the sofa. Had to put blocks of flooring under the base where it screws to the floor in back. Couldn't figure out why we couldn't get any hot water after flushing the tank and realized one of the bypasses didn't get opened. Hung a bunch of hooks and motion activated led strip plites in strategic places. Lined all of the cabinets and drawers with that nonslip stuff. Put covers and fitted sheets on the bunk mattresses where the dogs will sleep (we hope). We may all sleep in there tonight to get them a little used to it.

That's a great idea to sleep a night in there first at home, for the dogs. That should help them be more comfy with it. Be sure to keep something with them that smells like home for their beds, a favorite plush toy...a favorite sleeping blanky...anything that they can smell and feel homey with. :)

Sounds like you really put a full day in and well worth it. I wish you good traveling and lovely relaxing camping!

Thank you Tina. Still working away in here. We are fortunate to have had s head start with this rig. It's not a classic or a vintage like the rest of you have. We just needed more space and at 70 are too old to take in those projects. We keep saying to each other "this is it! No more projects. Our backs, our knees, or feet and our feeble brains are telling us that too. We are thrilled with how this old girl has taken to some new ideas. I'll be following all of you and posting more as we get to the outside. First we need new tires!!!
