Hi all,
I was wondering in anyone knows anything about Avalon travel trailers. We purchased our little camper, a 1970 Avalon Lil' Tyke about 3 weeks ago. It took us the first week to find out what we actually had. Now, we have not been able to find any info on Avalon or the Lil' Tyke model anywhere on the net or elsewhere. If anyone has info on this company and/or this model, it will be greatly appreciated.

The adventure continues,
Sandy & Chris

We have a 1966 Avalon that we acquired not too long ago.  Hard to find anything about them, but I love it!  SHe really needs minimal interior work - the most damage being exterior.  Need to replace the floor tiles, but other than that, she's pretty sweet!

Hi, I know this thread is really old, but I have the same trailer. I want to keep in touch with people so we can share info about our babies.

Hi Camile, we bought a 1967 Avalon last year.  She is in really good shape just some cosmetic things we want to change.  You are right about not a lot of information about them, we have the same problem.  I don't know why because they are such nice little trailers and well made from what we can tell.  I guess not many of them were produced like a lot of others.  We are looking right now for a outside globe to replace the one that was broken on the outside door light that you plug in.  Hope you are enjoying your camper as that is what it is all about,

Here is a link to my blog about our Avalon and our Shasta. If anyone else has a blog or pictures, please let me know!
