I have got nothing but the run around from RV Parts Country (rvpartscountry.com) in London Kentucky. They promised to  make my order correct and never followed through. I waited for 14 minutes on hold to speak to a representativeand he immediately placed me on hold and I am still holding for an additional 27 minutes... that is 41 minutes and counting!

Please find a parts store that is reputable... but avoid RV Parts Country at all costs!!!

I have nothing good to say about RV Parts Country. I was in need of a new power panel and converter for my '95 Itasca Suncruiser. I researched all sources. RV Parts country had the best price. I called them to confirm the price was for the panel and converter. They assured me both were included in the price. When the parts arrived it was just the converter section. I met the delivery driver, opened the box and immediately refused delivery (Friday Afternoon).

I called RVPC on Saturday because their customer service web page says in black and white they are open on Saturdays. And here is where it gets good...They refused to take responsibility for the information on their website and from their phone order department. They blamed the problem on the panel manufacturer. They also claimed their website says they are closed on Saturday and Sunday but they still state they have Saturday hours on their contact us webpage. What is up? Numerous phone calls and failure to return calls when they promised. I even had to track them down through the parts department of Big Daddy's RV (the dealership they share onership with). RVPC would not answer my calls so I had my call forwarded through Big Daddy's parts dept.

I was running out of time for a trip we were taking so I asked them for an assurance they would honor their price and I would have the correct part on time, they refused. They always blame someone else. I stopped payment with my credit card company and ordered the complete panel at close to the same price with another company, terrific service by the way, but more on that later.

I complained to the BBB in Kentucky. RV Parts Country used a shill company to hide poor BBB reports. There are lots of complaints against the trailer sales company they hide behind, not Big Daddy. I reported this to the BBB and they made sure my complaint went against RV Parts Country. It goes to show you are better off getting a personal recommendation then depending on a BBB rating. Unscrupulous companies will always find ways around the system.

The one good thing that came out of this was I found an absolutely superb RV electrical supplier that has great technical support that you can talk to over the phone. I received the part on time and in time for my trip. I highly recommend using Best Converter www.bestconverter.com.

Please DO NOT buy anything from RV Parts Country. They do not stand behind what they say or do.

That's terrible,
