I am at a loss. My after market cruise control turns off when I turn on my turn signal. I know that it must be feed back through the stop light switch but for the life of me I can not find it.
I replaced the factory turn signal wiring in the steering column with an after market one and it is wired correctly.
Give me a place to start.

Hey Jack, some cruise control systems use a vacuum dump switch at the brake pedal. But it may be a wiring problem when moving the turn signal lever.

Mine is all electrical.

Wish i could be of help, Jack. All I know about it is that the brake sensor is getting power from the turn signals and shutting the unit down. LOL, like that is news to you. I miss the 1979 and older stuff. I could work on it and fancies, like cruise controls, was not there to contend with but on a very select few cars and trucks. When you find out what it is be sure to let us know. Inquiring minds needs and wants details.

If your steering column has a clock ring for the idiot stick.  there may be build up there shorting across or just a loss of contact on the slip rings. You can google clock rings for more info on them. hope this helps some Jack.

I have removed everything in the steering column even the horn.
