I'm looking for the rubber that goes between two pieces of a split windshield. It needs to accept glass that is 6 mil or a quarter inch. It also has the extra rubber down the middle you would put in after the glass in installed.

I need about three ft.

Any glass wholesaler will have a "skin mount rubber" for installing glass in a flat metal side, like a panel van. 

That rubber is different thickness on each side, one for thin metal, other for thicker glass, but there are others that would be same thickness both sides as you need.  This would be an example here;

And it requires a "locking insert" strip in the middle to lock it and that can be either black or "chrome" plastic.
