I am a full time RVer and work camper. 2014 is well planned. From here, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, is where I start.
But since I am new here let me tell you about the joy I had in 11.
Nov 2011 till march 2012, NP Pea Island NC...March 2012. Raleigh NC till Jan 13
Jan till March 13 Sanford NC. March till Sept 13 Edgar Evins Tn SP. then to Gulf Port, MS then to Hattiesburg, MS from Sept till now USACE in Tusculoosa.
Now I am scheduled with Tn SP Memphis from May till Aug then to Jefferson City MO. till NOV. From there, I will find a winter host position with the usace in north Tx.
It looks like 2014 is going to be a great exploration of some a vast area of this fantastic US that I live in. I love America, not going to leave it
My good Lord willing I will spend 2015/16 in the Rocky Mountains. Yes with Him all my things are possible.
I started my journey in 05 when I retired, in a small UHaul truck which I converted into a camper with my dog Molly, she got killed by a car. Lord knows I miss her. I got Willy, a border collie, soon after. Willy is the smartest dog I have ever had. His IQ is much higher than mine.
Here in Tusculoosa, (For those of you that followed me) many dogs have been set out here and with the help of GORVers I have placed them all but one which I am keeping for George, a member here, who lives on a big farm in Mo. I will take Lacie to him when I get to Memphis.
All my travel past has been done with this 95 Ford UHaul which I converted to an RV. Then this old camper, (I don't know what it is, a 72 something. I gutted it then built around me the way I wanted it. I am very comfortable in it with my 2 dogs.
The moral of this story is, I got you as a friend, if I am near you, come see me and I will gladly share my southern hospitality with you. Now if you put that with GORVer's taste for good folk then you know we are in for a good time
I would like to hear from you, where you are, where you been, where are you going?
Have a good day and I am wishing you a great life....
