Got almost a foot of snow last night. I ran into an obstacle with the snow blower. Backed up and tried to plow through whatever it was. Turns out it was the power cord for the RV. And it was plugged in. It wrapped around the auger and was sliced in about 8 spots.Good news is I didn't get electrocuted. Bad news is I only have about a 4-foot power cord now.

Well if he is, Jim will be toooooo busy shoveling snow off the RV and digging tunnels out the house doors to worry about using the snowblower LOL.
The last truly big storm we got was in 1995. Snow drifts were 8 feet high up against the side of my house. I did nearly have to tunnel to my detached garage. This time I have the RV parked really close to the house, hoping that between the roof overhang and the draft between the house and RV I won't get a lot of snow between them.
I found some slack in the cable and dropped it to a foot. Just in case :)
