you're not kidding about it being a white knuckler! my 75 brave is that way!
Awwww It's not that bad once you get the hang of it. You get to learn that when an eighteen wheeler comes roaring up the back of you the old girl is going to want to push or roll a little bit to the right or towards the curb. Once he starts to clear the old girl is going to want to roll a tad to the left. With the 318 your going to learn that if your going to pass somebody you'll hang back a bit and take a run at him when the road is clear. If you no your going to go up hill you'll start to pick up speed to help you get up to the top. You know your pushing a little more weight than your pick up or car so when it comes to stopping you start slowing down a little sooner. This isn't rocket science just take your time, error on the side of caution. Wonder how Jeffs making out.
Hehehehehe yep! I can get 5 to 8 running around 55 to 60. The wife always seems to get 8 to 10. Looks like we're going to get snow Monday so it looks like it's time to put her in the barn for the winter.
Hi Jeff, I was told a company called and at this site www.uship.com can broker a RV shipment. They put it (shipment), out for bid and those that haul what you need hauled quote a cost to you. RVs are frequently hauled on lowboys/semi's. A bunch of brokers are on the net, this one is in Austin.
If you want to have some fun in the mean time check out Shipping Wars on satellite or https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=shipping+wars+full+epi... Fun stuff to watch and I believe it's the same company.
