I have just finished building a new dinette table. Used finished flooring glued on top of ponderosa pine. Used "L" shape steel brackets fasten to wall and did away with the leg on end of table. This working great . put matching finished flooring on wall between booth seats. Now I have a question and need some ideas. I want to put something on the back splash of the kitchen, behind the stove and around the wall where the sink is. I have an "L" shape counter. Any ideas that won't cost an arm and leg! I have been thinking of something like metal such as I have seen on food vending trailers and trucks. thanks for any ideas and information.
