<p>Jeepers, after so many months you'd think I would have updated this. Turns out my main control board was bad and after ordering a new one the issues all went away. The furnace starts up and heats up the Allegro just fine. Too bad it should be a 50K Btu furnace to keep up with the 0 degree days this last week.</p>

<p>Glad to hear it was fun. My furnace won't start up so I'm suspecting that it needs a new circuit board as well. After redoing the whole thing it's a shame.</p>
