Purchased a 1978 Winnebago Itaska
I turn the power switch on labeled Pump and can hear the water pump located under the kitchen sink turn on and run. I hear gurgling noises when I open any of the faucet. Drops of water spit out and can hear gurgling noises out of each tap but water does not flow. Have reached underneath and felt all water connections to see if I can find any air leaks, have found none. Have put about four gallons of water in tank on level ground, no luck. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Hi Grey Wolf,do you have a metal water tank? That's a pressurized water system. If you have a plastic water tank then you have a demand water pressure system. The pressurized water tank(s) will need a certain level of water in the tank depending where the water outlet is on the tank. Also make sure the drain valve is closed and the little vent valve for the tank if you have the pressurized system.
JIMCO, yes I have a plastic water tank. Not sure but I think I put in four gallons of water, maybe thats not enough water to get it goin. The little water that came out was colored pink which I must assume was leftover antifreeze to prevent the system from freezing. Not sure where to look for the drain valve, or the little vent would be.Thanks.
The little vent valve is used with the pressurized metal tank systems when filling the fresh water tank by using the city (garden hose) supply. This lets the air out of the metal pressurized tank when filling it.
