my 76 dodge explorer has the old long tank on the drivers side, Looks like it hasn't been used in years. How do I go about testing it out without blowing up? I have no idea when the last time it was filled or emptied.
Bill, these tanks do not require testing. And if you do develop a leak it will just vent to the atmosphere.
WOW! thanks very cool! Thanks
Propane is a combustable and possibly explosive gas. U can test all your lines and connections with a 50/50 mix of dish soap and water. Use some kind of small drip or spray bottle. Any leak should show as bubbles and should be repaired immediately.
so the same way for natural gas . sounds right.. Thanks
