I was just surfing around looking at some cool Hippie buses when I noticed that these hippies are pretty smart. They are making some good extra income by renting out their buses and vans to travelers.  One site in particular I've never seen before seemed to be their favorite, complete with booking tools and even insurance called AIRBNB.COM https://www.airbnb.com/wishlists/glamping-vacations

I'd much rather stay in a good old rv than some Super 8.  Hmmm, and our campers usually sit around about 90 percent of the time. Of course, personal safety might be an issue and local ordances might get in the way since the local gestapos can't rip off your earnings... so I'd just ignore them like always... LOL

I have gone as far as calling them. I am researching ways to raise money. I even talked to her about taking my michigan house as a down payment, owner financing part. She wants a lot more cash, at least $250,000.00, to discuss owner financing. Open for ideas??

Well..yes. Save your $ now..the drought is wiping the west out and Arizona is no exception. Prices are dropping daily. It's so dry now already with no end in sight. A desert is always a desert even with some rainfall, but a desolate collection of broken and forgotten cement from the 60's in the desert, thats getting dryer..might not be worth anything sometime soon. Save your money and buy a nice sweet plot of land somewhere where there is water.

I am scoping out www.bid4assets.com and New Orleans city tax sale. Also, gov sales. 70 most of the time and no Mosquitos with water, sounds good to me. Dozens of dollar houses need land.

Interesting! let us know how it goes.
