<p>I'm with Russ Jack. I used it on my Palace back when I fist bought it ( fall 2014) and it still looks and performs well. No leaks since then. I also like Sicka products but I think the Dicor is the industry standard and you can't go wrong with it.</p>

Hi Jack. Dicor self leveling is the best. Clean off that silicone stuff very well. Then use a quality butyl tape on the vents to begin with then slather on the dicor. As it levels out you may need to add more to get a good coverage. Don't use eternabond. It is perfect for seams but not for something that may need to be removed in the future.<br />
