Why hasnt the RV industry designed an OUTRIGGER stabalizing system? Im serious. I was watching a fiber optics trailer being set up to tie in a fiber hug, and the trailer had a boom that came out from inside to access a hub point above it. Now the trailer looked like a mobile office trailer,, the kind you see at construction sites,, Like a fancy fema trailer office trailer. It had 4 out riggers,, one at each corner and it was just 2 inch box tube with a box tube sliding out to a trailer tongue jack to crank down to the ground. That boom went up and that trailer did NOT wiggle at all while the guy was doing his thing,,, The outriggers went out about 3 feet on each side,,, But what a cool idea to incorporate to a travel trailer. Talk about stability,, You can seriously cut a rug and get jiggy with it inside and not shake the RV... But hey, thats just my opinion..
