Brenda, I believe that you should have gotten a title from the previous owner of the trailer when you bought it. If not my suggestion would be to go to your Motor Vehicle Office and they should tell you what to do to file for a lost title.

Thanks Sam, it was a junker. Has been gutted and i have no ideal who owned it. LOL it is a real fixer upper!

we were told 1969 ours didnt give titles ala they got a bill of sale when u bought one we are going to take number and get title for ours also tenn we dont have to have one on this one unless we go out of state
