Hey Everyone
So with the help of my neighbor I climbed up on my roof and scraped that crud off of it took the antennae off because it was completely covered took the refrigerator vent off because it was leaking and I have an electric fridge in there now caulked and sealed them with self tapping screws and also put eternabond tape over them I replaced both vent covers 1. Because I put my hand on the one and it cracked like a cracker and the other because they just looked terrible. I also took my ladder and the piece of metal that you can tie luggage to on the roof off because they were broken. After 6 days of scraping and wire wheeling and using mineral spirts she was finally down to metal. I rolled on two coats of Hengs rubber sealant for metal roofs and rubber roofs andsje was done just in time no leaks! And I have thenice sound of a Tin roof when it rains!
That was a very productive project,,, Remove the NOT needed, and sealing up any future potential leak areas, Its always a good feeling when ya tackle a big project and get it completed and then just sit back and relax,, Good job with using the correct materials,,
