Hi TJ, Just a note to say Hi, I did chat with you a couple of years ago in CWs chat room. I read alot on websites but dont do much more as Im not great with the computer and typing, but I am getting better since my wife told me to do it myself and stopped typing for me LOL.
Jimco Jam sounds and looks like fun as I have read and seen lots of pics of it. I just checked and the date is Aug long weekend which is open for us now and will work for us as long as our family reunion doesnt get held on it. Iwas also thinking of a Ontario Jam maybe Sept, Naigara Fall, any thoughts?
Got the new antenna working great!
Had to replace the cable on roof and the inside
one going to the selector box getting 28 channels and one from Canada !
I realized when taking the photos yesterday there is no way out for an RV. 2 ways in, then you're stuck. Gonna have to get him back to clear a road out.
t.j. for the larger areas I use 3m heavy duty rubbing compound and a varieable speed buffer for the smaller things like window trim I use a buffer from harbor freight looks like a bench grinder but it has buffing wheels and I use a buffing compound made for wheels
Hi T.J. thanks for show'n the solar shower. I'm not sure I'd get in it though. 190 liters of water + the barrow weight seems scary to have above you while showering in the wind. Another solar shower I had seen was PVC pipe laid out on a bout a 4x8 size. That worked good using water to wet and rinse off. Another Travco owner also spoke of a heat pump system.
T.J. not sure what or where JIMCO is or if i will make it
Yes i had just bought and drove the winnie 60 miles to my daughters home with the exception of a little excess play in the streeing it drove great for a 40 yr old motor home with only 53989 miles on it and the genset only has 397 hours on it
yes T.J. it is soon right now have to stay put and will shortly be taking the Mount an DeME baggo south bound to texas the state of RV campgrounds they got about 100 or better and great weather too. Just have to be careful which one you make a reservation on there are a few where all you need is towels in lol
