- I am an RV technician. I started working on them in 1975, so I'm going on 40 years. The first year RVIA implemented the RV technician testing and accreditation program I tested and achieved the Master Technician ranking(3/29/1999). I like the quality of the old stuff and admire what you folks do here. I'm not here to flame or be flamed...just to help. Peace
