    WELCOME, George! I'm from St. Louis and spent countless weekends camping in state parks around Missouri. One of our favorites was Hawn State Park, have you ever camped there? I'm in Colorado...I see your favorite parks are out here, any in Colorado?

    Welcome George, we dry camp 2-3 times a year at some fresh water springs close by.  I also hope to retire and full time camp.  Time will tell.  Hubby is already retired.  I work for insurance.  We camp at least once a month in the FL panhandle, and try to make the Smokys once a year.   We have 2 vintages big and samll.  We are doing Cedar Keys the end of theis month.  Have a great day.
