Thank you!! She gets a thorough bath every time, before we take her out. It might seem strange but I believe that inanimate object can absorb "spirit energy" like when a place or a home feels happy. Anyway the act of cleaning and taking care of somthing reflects the energy you put in it. I cant count the number of people who have told me they enjoy being around and in this old camper. She was a rescue by a man that owns a camper dealership, he said it was a one owner by an elderly couple that had used it three or four times and then the husband died. She sat 6 years way out on a huge piece of property. He said when he went to the estate sale he went out back and saw this old girl and it looked as though it was just left there, abandoned. He said he did not know why but he had this overwhelming feeling to take it and restore it the best he could. He said he couldnt explain why but it seemed like she just wanted someone to help her. Sounds weird but if you could be near this camper you would understand. He put about $8000 into her and replaced about everything that had been damaged by the weather including the custom paint. It had 2000 miles when he bought it and he said he has had so much fun with it that he was reluctant to sell her. But she was sitting once again so he wanted someone else to enjoy using it. He wanted to know how I took care of my things and looked at my car because he wanted her to go to a home where she would be taken care of. I paid $5000 for her and treat her like a family heirloom, lol. She is started twice a week during the winter and fully winterized of course. She is getting full bathroom update in the spring and a new propane tank. This is truly a special machine, she is our ol' Mabel!!!!
