Are you thinking of using aluminum or fiberglass skins on the rebuild? Are you the gentalman that steps down old rv and sells components on Craig's list? P

I wanted to keep it looking like a RV  but altered but may have to remove the rest of the overhead and just use the van part   Still fun but a little less exciting

Somewhere else. In town. Just got back inside - got the battery in the house. Gives me an opportunity to check the water levels. Always interested in kindred spirits and their projects. Been working on ours for about 2 1/2 years. Check out our featured blog. This site is awesome to help inspire, problem solve and see some other projects that others are doing. You'll be able to share the real highs and frustrating moments. P

Jay. I am chucking right now. It might have to stay right where it's at for a while. With the sub zero temps they are calling for the next couple of days. Looks like you have quite a project ahead of you. From the "North Forty" in frosty Wellington, CO. I am bundling up right now to pull the batteries from our rig.
