The red Subaru looks so good in front of your Yellowstone, too bad you had to replace it for the 4Runner. Did you ever look into a Subaru Outback with the six cylinder engine? I've owned both the Outback and Forester and far preferred the Outback. Like you I traded my Subarus in for something larger and now drive a GMC Envoy Denali which I love. The ordinary GMC Envoy does nothing for me but the Denali seems better built, plus it has GMC's 5.3 liter V8 which is more economical on gas than my Subarus - go figure! My Envoy Denali has plenty of towing power however I do keep the car in 3rd gear instead of drive, seems easier on my transmission.

That little 2.5 has plenty of power to pull, but the tongue weight and Overall weight is too much for long distances.  We "replaced" it with a 95 toyota 4Runner, who became known as Marfa...3.0 and really had less power, lugged and pinged at times (worse than the Subaru for just Pulling")

Cute shot! Looks like you're pulling your Yellowstone with a Subaru Impreza, didn't think the Impreza would have that kind of towing power. I'm impressed!
