Looks to me like someone modified it so that you can run your rear A/C either from the genny or from 50A shore power. The way they're wired from the factory, you can only run that back A/C with the generator. Some people split off the rear a/c wiring and put a plug on the end. That way when you're at a 50A site you can plug the rear a/c into the 20A receptacle and the RV into the 30A one. The transfer switch will prevent you from running off of both shore power and generator at the same time.

You know that is a good question ! thought it would run things like air compressor ,I don.t know if I can run the genny and run off shore power at the same time ? will have to investigate.Oh the adventure .

I have the same one. What's the story with the receptacle mounted in the genny compartment? Is that to run the 2nd AC from shore power?
