S020 New Ceiling Lights and Switches
The old lighting fixtures in the motorhome where very cheap not to mention very outdated. We replaced them with regular residential style fixtures that use a twelve volt version of a residential style bulb. The old fixtures had the switches mounted on the fixture so I had to install switches to operate the lights. We also did this on a previously owed travel trailer and loved the look of the fixtures. In the travel trailer I put the switches on the fixtures and it was very confusing for guest to find the switches. So, I used residential style switches mounted in the ceiling; making them easily visible.
