Tell us a little About Yourself
When I was a child my family did lots of traveling in our 1963 Trail Blazer camper trailer. Lots of wonderful memories and have always wanted a travel trailer of my own.

In 2011 we rented a Scamp travel trailer and drove to Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper, Alberta, Canada. Had a great, great time!

Last summer, 2012, we purchased a 1971 Lark. After I fix the leaky faucets, sink, water heater, shower and toilet, we'll be good to go.

Camper repair update.

Replaced the original hot water heater with a brand new one and rebuilt the original avocado green toilet. What a learning experience that was! Still repairing leaks in the plumbing. Down to my last four minor leaks. Should be good to go by the spring of 2013. Then we can take this lovely crate on the road!

Yeah that pic is my 54, but pictures can be deceiving! The deeper I got the more water damage/rotten wood and bandaid repairs I found =/ But its been down to the frame now and is on its way back to being a camper again!

Welcome to GORVs.  You have a real nice looking Lark there Adam.  When you go to the Black Hills be sure to give yourself enough time to look around.  There is so much to see and do out there.  We have been there twice and plan to go again probably next summer.
