We have camped for the past 50 yrs. starting with tent, 16ft Frolic, 22ft Terry, 2 Motor Homes and currently have a 27ft Coachman camper on a perminent site in Tenn. I am restoring a 19ft AVALON and need any info I can get.

 Thanks for your reply. The Avalon name and where it was made{Indiana] is on the back. Our title says 1961 but who knows if it right. The camper we have also has the brown paint on the outside. We are in the process of removing all the interior.The smell inside is not the best and so we want to make sure everything is fine before we proceed. Not really worried about keeping it orginal, just want it to be functional. Well keep you posted with our information and try to send you a picture when I get the hang of this thing.
