The nightmare continues

In our quest to find a motorhome under $20,000 there always seems to be something seriously wrong with it. We checked out a 1999 fleetwood flair with no leaks or delam. In mint condition on the surface but when they turned on the AC it was obvious they had mice. Insulation in tiny pieces came raining down. My first impression was NO GO because of the damage you can't it worth a second look since all rv get mice sometimes?

1993 firan Telstar

Going to check out a 29'1993 Firan Telstar 460 Is has 50,000 miles not kilometers on it...they r asking 15,000. They've just come down 1,000 dollars on the asking price. Most of the ones I saw online were 1989s and the asking price was around 8,000. Looking for any kind of advice on these motorhomes. Thankyou
