Second Post - Camping Trip to California

We recently returned from a week-long camping trip in southern California. We wanted to take our two young boys to Sea World, Lego Land and the San Diego Zoo. We took our travel trailer and made a camping adventure out of it. It was a fabulous time. I have added posts to my website at www.thecampingmachine.com on the Blog page with photos and a couple of You Tube videos. If you have a moment take a look!

Also if any of you have a website and would like to trade links with me please… Continue

Hello Good Old RVers

Hello Good Old RVers! It's the Camping Machine Guy. This is my first blog post on this forum. I've just posted a few photos and am getting up to speed on what this site is all about.

If you are interested I have a website where I chronicle our camping adventures. Since I am a very part-time RV'er I don't many camping adventures, but I do have lots of photos and videos on my site.

Take a look at www.thecampingmachine.com.

Thanks for checking me out!

hanks Camping Machine Guy for your good words. We're still kinda shook up after doing one 360 upright and then about 60 feet on our side at 60 mph. thought wife might not make it, but she just had her eyes closed... kenworths comin down the grade at 75 mph right at you when you are upside down (actually on our side) facing them. the thing I can't figure out is why. trailer towed like it was on rails for almost 10,000 miles and i had absolute faith in it. And then, wham, we are in an uncontrollable side to side violent swing, do a 360 and then over on our side with a big bang and skid ... for a long way. State trooper refused to discuss pavement which I found "odd". here's a pic or two... one showing us still firmly attached to trailer; good thing still hooked up or trooper was sure we'd a done a 360 in the Yukon. we we're on i70 eastbound at the colorado/kansas border in high desert country out of Limon, colorado be safe my friend.
