The wife and I ought a 1961Cree Camper, in good shape, traveling for work now but going to restore this summer and travel out west to Idaho for a few weeks. We have always hiked and tent camped up to this point, however last year in Big Horn N.P. we camped in dense bear territory. Immediately my wife began the search for our camper.

Refurb Complete!

It took a year but the camper is finally in ship shape! Re-done underside, new braking system, paint, new tires, re-furbed interrior, new electricals, gas........etc!!! It was well worth the time, energy and money spent. We have brought this old girl sitting out in a field back to life. We are gearing up for its maiden voyage in 2 weeks. Caravan (RV ing) in Australia

We went to Australia for 4 days in severe weather, a cyclone, flooding, high winds! But the bright spot was we rented a mini-van camper and drove from Melbourne to Sydney. It was kinda neat to stay at their RV parks and meet the native Australians touring the coast as well! See the photos attached to my page.

61' Cree Coach Information

My wife and I recently bought a solid Cree camper. I believe its a 16 footer. Im looking for any information on Cree campers and where i may find parts for one. I plan on beginning my restoration in April, but am researching parts now. I also am looking for the name of this little gem, and what the origional paint may have look like. The previous owners brush painted the outside and put a Tar like substance on the roof, given the body is solid I just want to strip and paint the outside and…
