Winnebago's Thermo-Panel Construction "Panel Replacement" ?

Has Anyone ever done their own Duplication of the Thermo-Panels used by Winnebago in their first RV'S?. Other than the heat, pressing. It would seem possible to fabricate close to the original.

Hi Erik,
Thanks so much for your response. There is such a variety of "gunk" that has been used in attempts to just fill in the "space" created by the separation that it is impossible at this point to tell what was originally there. I will get some photos up this weekend.
I really love the "Rig" as it has affectionately been dubbed.
It is perfect for me and my dogs,my 82 yr. old sistah(Mainah talk) and occasionally some great grand children. We love exploring our beautiful state.
