Hi Marlon - What a lovely set-up you have.  It looks like a wonderful way to live.  Do you have any issues with local regulations or permits?  We live in a very rural area in California and your arrangements would not be allowed here under any circumstances no matter how large or isolated the property.   You could get away with it as long as no one complains, but someone ALWAYS complains.  Anyway, job well done and it looks like a high-end resort.  Enjoy!!
