City and State where you are located. Do not use zip code, you know what it means but it means nothing to the rest of us.
Chino, Ca
Tell us a little About Yourself
I bought a used RV after I was laid off from Teaching. I have a daughter, dog, and a cat I am responsible for and this seemed like a way to keep going with only my unemployment check. I had to give the used RV away to my Mom as I could not find a park to take it. I find it amazing that they can put such a throw away value on RV's here in Ca. To say an RV over ten years old is worthless even though it is still worth 35000 or more is ridiculous.
To assume that everyone in an older RV is trashy or uneducated is crazy. I wish someone could do something to stop this nonsense. I have never done drugs or been to prison why treat me as if I have because I want to live a frugal life of freedom in an older RV in California.

Just wondering if there are any RV's with the toilet inside the shower?  It seems like the shower could be larger if they were combined and used as a shower chair.

That's happened to us as well... it's so frustrating. A few friends rollin' in a old bus like ours, told us to just pull up, if your rigs 'looks' nice, they usually wont say a word. When you call ahead, they don't know what they're getting into.

My opinion on it is if someone lays down those type of silly rules, I don't want to give them my money... however, we got in a jam once in Arizona (of all places) ... we're Under 55 and our RV is older then 10, that makes it difficult to get a campsite near Phoenix. That trip we ended up in a KOA... blah. But most of the time we street camp/boondock... if it's just a night or two.

Best to you and welcome... we're a bit new as well. These are good folks with like minded values, you'll have a nice time here.

yea that is because you are not stepping in line like a good citizen and consuming.

here is a link to a place that talks about living more economically

I know it is more than just a camper, people by special clothing to go on walks so other people can easily tell they are out getting exercise and not walking because they are poor or have a DUI, same with bicycles, you get on your special clothing so people can easily tell if you are exercising by choice or have lost your license or are poor.

they can all just go suck an egg for all I care what they think of me and my stuff.

welcome aboard!
