- We started out with a 1985, 23' Jayco C Class that we had bought to use for our son's travel baseball water damage and mold in the cabover. I gutted the cabover and restored it. We had "Cousin Eddie", our name for the Jayco, for about a year.
My wife, who is not a camper, decided we should try a weekend at our local Jellystone Park. By the end of the weekend, we had rented a seasonal site. It was now time to upgrade. We now have a 38' destination trailer and have had it for a year.
Sold the 38' and bought a 33' Southwind. The engine blew in the first 20 miles, so we got an 18' NPE "Eddie". Sold that after about 9 months and now have a 28' Gulfstream Class C.
