"Thanks Richard, unfortunately the goof off that made it to the tub bed completely took the gel coat of around the rim. so the question now is what to do? Remove the rest? Do we need a professional? Will the rustoleum tub and tile paint work?"

"It looks like the streaks were made when you used a lot of GOOF OFF and it dripped down into the tub.  Have you tried using more of the same to see if you can even out the streaks?  I would try different methods to save the gelcoat. …"

"Yes,  its fiberglass.  Would like to use the got off to take the rest of the coating off.  We're afraid of what the goof of will do in the holding tank.  Anyone have experience with goof off. "

"Decided to take the cushions off,  keep the frame and bought a 3/4 Mattresses.  8 Inches thick memory foam! Best of both worlds, comfy sleep while maintaining the integrity of the camper. "
