Hello, I have a 12' Metzendorf Camper restored to new, you can view it under my profile. It has room under the counter for a pot-a-potty, but no-shower. It is a great solid and dry little camper, and i'm not firm on my price. I just thought you might want to take a look...Kevin
Just checking in to see if ya found what you were looking for in a RV? A group of us are getting ready to go to Flaming Gorge over the 4th of July...We have 12 sites reserved. Will be updating my pictures after that..Fly fishing eh? Maybe we can get together and drown some flies this summer..Let me know...Mike
Noreen, after I posted the ad and pictures, I tried and tried to view them on Good Old RVs, but, never could find my own camper there. I went back to the site several time and just gave up trying to see it. By clicking on your reply, it the first time I've seen it on Good Old RVs. Looks pretty good, though, does't it. Sorry, though, it sold after being on the market for about 2 weeks. David
Welcome to the club Noreen. What are you looking for in an RV? Pull behind? Pop-up? Class A? There are plenty of deals out there. I live in the Ft Collins area. I travel alot and see super deals almost daily. I am also looking to plana few campouts this year and get together with others in the club. Let me know if your interested. You can even join in with or without a rig. I go with a group of 8 to 50 people at times.
Hey, noreen that's a problem that we have also been dealing with. We're in florida right now without our boat!! For us, because we love boating, I wish I had done either the truck camper or a nice little class C so I could tow the boat. It's a real pain tring to tow the boat and many states don't allow it. Plus backing up is impossible. See my Forum posts on Double and triple tows.
I think that for me a nice little used Class C,,, of which there are a LOT for sale, is the best solution. all the advantages of a truck, plus camping space and easy to hitch the boat too!
Did you see the www.sistersonthefly.com site? chekc em out and maybe also ask them.
stay in touch... gotta leave for fishin now!! will get back to you again.
