In 73, all 316 AND 360 engines supplied with motorhomes came with the 2 barrel Carter, which is a 500 CFM unit - more than enough for the operating RPM range of any truck chassis (unless you plan on racing it). Every Dodge manual I have covering '71 through '77 says the same so I suppose it's true. Unless this is some kind of RV I'm unaware of.?

I have some info on the 318 and 360 dodge motors,,,,

On the engine stamping,, looking up from underneath, drivers side,,

in the VIN number stamped there a 318 will have the letter G and the 360 will have the letter H,,,

also, the 318 came stock with a 2 barrell, and the 360 came stock with a 4 barrell.   Hope this helps.
