We just bought a 1975 Dutchmade camper. She is 19.5 ft and fully intact. I wish to restore her. I have done vintage boats and yachts but my first adventure into the world of RV. I am a cabinet maker by profession and have a full shop and resources for a rebuild. Need mostly cosmetic work or so it appears. The original appliances are there except for the furnace. The great thing is all of the original documentation, including manuals, sales brochures and original owners notes are in perfect condition. Windows and doors all work well. Some frame rust and minor structural repairs and faded paint. Any suggestions on what not to do as far as keeping her as original as possible yet making her a fun little trailer. Thanks and looking forward to meeting on the road

Well we have gotten really busy with our real life but today due to rain I was able work on cabinets ....yeah three hours of sanding primed doors and i got a coat of finish paint on most of them. There are 22 doors in the Dutch Craft. More than my kitchen. Anyway looking to go to TN for the rally and if we dont kick it up it may be her maiden voyage. Also picked out the new flooring and counter top material. Any one know where we can get good fabric cheap for cushions ?
