We spent since October making repairs on our 80 Brave. After engine trouble on every trip, we rebuilt the engine and installed new heads, intake, carb, etc. We have a few more carb adjustments and modifications to make, but she does fire up and run. Last night, I finished replacing the original 30 amp power box with a Progressive Dynamics 4045 unit. It was surprisingly easy, and I was able to separate each of the power device runs. I also added a USB charger outlet and an additional kitchen outlet. I am so ready to get that old goat back to the campground and try her out!
