Back from our First Little 2 day trip to try out the Motor Home

First of all we had a great time and did not want to leave but had some business to look after today that could not wait or we would still be at the Georgian Bay! When we got home I actually sat in the MH for over an hour in the driveway making little to do lists before we head out again!

On our travels we saw a lot of older ones on the road so there are a lot of them out there thats for sure!

While setting up tho we had a mishap and the awning pull down strap broke but other than that no big events to speak of! The cruise control does not seem to want to work and a couple of lights were out on the dash so will have to look into that today!

When we arrived in Owen Sound it was 9.40 pm so we pulled into the Wal Mart Parking lot went in told them we were there and spent the night parked under a light! There were probably a total of five other campers and rvs there for the night. When the store opened we went in and got some groceries etc and off we went towards Tobermory which was our destination but we ended up staying in Wiarton (home of Wiaraton Willie) and it was very nice there!

I think we are really going to enjoy it and looking forward to our next trip in it hopefully this weekend when we may be able to be gone a bit longer!

Yes not bad at all. Yesterday we went to the place were we bought it and taking it in today so they can fix the awning strap. The person who owns the lot laughed when I described how Hub had let the strap get away from him and wrap around the awning. It will be fixed tho no problem he said so all is good with that. He said the cruise does work so maybe we were just not adjusting it right and the dash lights he will also deal with!
