Today has been one of those days. I found out to reroof the Commander will be around $3500. Not to mention all the other things that needs to be done. I am trying to look at it as restoring an old rust bucket car, but I am having a hard time with that right now. Today I turned on the pump to flush antifreeze through my water lines and the toilet broke at the plastic connected to the toilet it self. So now I need a toilet. Geez! I see them used, (yuck) for 40.00, but would rather go new to a taller one anyways. So now add that to my list. Man, I need to win the lottery! I gotta play it to win though. I guess the plastic just got old. I was at home depot the other day and saw sky lights for 20.00 or so, but they don't open. It may be a temp fix for now though, or use a fan to draw out the heat on hot days. I noticed that even rv kitchen faucets or expensive. So I may look to see if a house hold type will work. I can't see why not. I soon shall see I guess.

Thanks Larry, the faucet from home depot is the plan if I can not find the kit for my old one. I was told a kit would be 15.00, so if not I plan to use a home depot one. Thank you for taking the time to reply. Have a happy new year!
